With years of practical experience in the industry, they are well–versed in the specificities of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other famous Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–made web application with numerous custom libraries is as elementary as moving a plain WordPress–based blog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time interval, since there are lots of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to migrate your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (if the website content is not large).

A: We do not need any private information. We will require, however, the login information for your old web hosting account and the name of the site that you wish to transfer.

Your website will be transferred over to us without any downtime.

A: While we move your website content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Basically, if we can access your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website building platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
