We’ll rapidly reply to all general inquiries and forward the issue to our admins in case additional assistance is required. If you order the Admin Services package, we’ll carry out any of the included server management services at a time that has been discussed with you earlier.
A Premium Support Service
We will be online for you 24–7 to reply to any inquiries that you may have connected with our Control Panel or any of the apps that we have pre–installed on your behalf on the dedicated hosting server. If you also require assistance with server admin tasks, you can take advantage of our Admin Services package, which includes data backup space, Operating System updates on a weekly basis, server monitoring and rebooting procedures, as well as software installation and problem troubleshooting procedures
A User–Friendly Help Section
Our Control Panel was installed by default for each Linux dedicated servers hosting package. Among its features is a rather useful integrated knowledge base that will guide you step by step on how to use it. Most educational articles also video versions which show all the operations that you can perform in a highly illustrative way. You can find the how–to articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each Control Panel section.
